OFFICIAL PARTICIPATION CONDITIONS:
Participation in the competition requires the acceptance of the following conditions of participation. By participating, you accept the following conditions of participation.
1. PARTICIPATION
To participate in the competition, entrants must:
a) follow @haibikeofficial and @ebikeworldtour on Instagram and register via the link on the Haibike x EBWT ALLMTN GIVEAWAY competition landing page.
b) provide their name, country of residence and email address and confirm that they are 21 years of age or older, as well as agree to the terms and conditions of this competition.
The competition begins with the publication of the entry on 19 May 2022 at 5 pm (CET) and ends on 10 June 2022 at 5 pm (CET). Winners will be notified on June 13, 2022. Participation is free of charge and in no way associated with the purchase of products. Anyone who is 21 years of age or older is eligible to participate worldwide. Employees of Haibike and the E-Bike World Tour (EBWT) and their immediate family members are not allowed to participate.
2. PRIZE AND RAFFLE
The prize:
At the start of the season of the E-Bike World Tour, Haibike is giving away a Haibike ALLMTN CF 6 in cooperation with the EBWT.
Prize draw:
Winners will be randomly selected and contacted directly by Haibike via email The selected winners will have 5 days to respond to the email and indicate whether they accept the prize. If they do not respond within these 5 days, they lose the opportunity to claim their prize. Participants will be asked to check their spam folders as winning emails can be automatically redirected there. Haibike will arrange the handover with the winners and cover the shipping costs.
3. INFORMATION ACCORDING TO ART. 13 GDPR
We – WINORA-STAIGER GmbH, Max-Planck-Straße 6, DE-97526 Sennfeld and Mountain Sports Organisation SA, Chemin de Plénadzeu 11, 1936 Verbier – process your personal data within the meaning of Art. 4 GDPR - including surname, first name and e-mail address, COUNTRY and age - exclusively for the purpose of processing the competition listed here.
The processing is carried out by both above-mentioned companies in the sense of joint responsibility in accordance with Art. 26 GDPR. A corresponding agreement to regulate the contractual obligations by the GDPR has been established.
A transfer of the data to third parties – except the associated contract data processors within the meaning of Art. 28 GDPR or outside the 'joint responsibility' described above or the operator of this network (Facebook / META) – does not take place. Your data will be deleted automatically and irrevocably after the expiry of the purpose and expiry of any retention periods.
Please note that Facebook (META) and possibly other service providers are located outside the European Economic Area (USA).
WE WOULD LIKE TO POINT OUT THAT THE USA IS NOT A SAFE THIRD COUNTRY WITHIN THE MEANING OF EU DATA PROTECTION LAW.
We have no influence on this data processing.
Furthermore, the Facebook (META) Promotion Guidelines apply.
The winner expressly agrees that the organizers may use image material in relation to the prize and its implementation for media purposes within their web presences and social media channels. An objection pursuant to Art. 21 GDPR or further assertion of data subject rights can be made at any time to the data protection officer (Dipl.-Ing. Lars Ebertz, lars@ebertz-datenschutz.de) of Winora-Staiger GmbH.

4. ABNORMAL TERMINATION
The organizers reserve the right to terminate or change the competition at any time without prior notice if a proper execution cannot be guaranteed for technical reasons (e.g. hardware and software errors, computer viruses or manipulations) or legal reasons.
5. ORGANIZER
Organizers of the competition are Haibike – WINORA-STAIGER GmbH in cooperation with Mountain Sports Organisation SA.

The Sweepstakes is not affiliated with Facebook and is in no way sponsored, endorsed or organized by Facebook. The contact persons and persons responsible are solely the organizers as listed in point 5.
7. SEVERABILITY CLAUSE
Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions of Participation be or become invalid in whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions of Participation. Instead of the invalid provision, the legally permissible provision shall apply which comes closest economically to the meaning and purpose expressed in the invalid provision. The same applies in the event of a loophole in these terms and conditions of participation.
