Click and Collect with Haibike enables you to shop in a way that suits you; pick up your order from one of our Haibike partner stores. Choose the most convenient store for you and collect at the best time for you, avoiding those missed delivery cards we all hate so much!
Click and Collect couldn’t be easier:
- Select the product you wish to purchase
- Head to the checkout and select your most convenient dealer
- We’ll let you know when your product arrives in the store. Remember to bring proof of ID and your order confirmation
Click and Collect not only allows you to collect your new purchase when it suits you, but our dealers will ensure your bike is built correctly and help with any questions you have, all free of charge! Ensuring your safety and satisfaction is of upmost importance at Haibike and we understand that buying a new bike can come with many questions, so we make sure all our dealers have the latest product and safety information so you can ride out of the store happy and safe.
For security reasons you must bring along your order confirmation before the retailer will let you take your purchases. The retailer will either stamp your confirmation or give you a dated receipt to acknowledge that your purchases have been collected. If you are unable to print off the confirmation you will be required to take the order number along with proof of identification.
Click and collect delivery is free for UK mainland, there is an additional charge for Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands. Full delivery charges can be found on our delivery options page, click here for more information.
