Delivery Options

What Delivery Options can I Choose From?

We have two delivery options available for you to choose from: 

Direct Home Delivery:

Direct home delivery means that your purchases will be send directly to your door. If you choose to receive a bike through Direct Home Delivery please note that the bike will not be delivered fully assembled. Your bike will be fully built and PDI safety checked by our Cytech trained mechanics and after the bike has been built the handlebars will be loosened and turned to the side to allow the bike to fit in its box. Please note that ancillary items such as pedals and baskets are not attached before dispatch; you will be required to attach these items and turn and tighten the handlebars of your bike once the product arrives with you. Please be aware that our bikes are not shipped with tools to complete the assembly as standard.

Collect in Store:

We understand that you might want to skip the hassle of completing the assembly of your bike and checking it for safety on your own. We have a network of independent cycle shops across the country who are experts at setting up bikes and providing all of the necessary safety checks so that your bike is ready to ride straight from the shop. This service is provided free of charge and the store will contact you directly, to arrange a convenient time for you to visit the store to collect your purchases.

For security reasons when using the collect in store delivery method you must show your order confirmation before the retailer will allow you to take your purchases. If you are unable to print off the confirmation you will be required to take the order number along with proof of identification. The retailer will either stamp your confirmation or give you a dated receipt to acknowledge that your purchases have been collected.

Delivery Charges - Ireland

We offer the following delivery options: 

Home Delivery - 5,99 € for Parts & Accessories or 27,99 € for Bikes

Place your order before 12 noon on a working day and your purchases will be delivered in up to 5 working days.

Collect in Store - 5,99 € for Parts & Accessories or 27,99 € for Bikes

Please allow up to 7 working days for your item to be ready for collection. The additional delivery time is required to allow the shop sufficient time to build the bike for you in advance of collection. When your item is ready for collection the store will contact you directly using the contact details that you provided at the checkout.

Collect In Store – International

Unfortunately we do not currently offer Collect in Store for stores outside of the United Kingdom or Ireland.

Overseas/International Delivery

We do not currently ship to overseas destinations; we apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Collect In Store – Delivery Times

You will need to allow an additional 5 days on top of the times quoted above for your goods to be available for collection from your selected Haibike store. 

If you have ordered a bike the store will need this time to build the bike for you so that it is ready to ride. When your item is ready for collection the store will contact you directly using the contact details that you provided at the checkout.

What happens if I am not in when my purchases arrive?

If you are not in when your purchases arrive a card will be put through your letterbox providing details of the courier's local depot. You can then contact the courier to arrange a time to pick up from them or re-deliver to your door.

Contact Detail Required for Delivery

You will need to enter the name of the person receiving or collecting the bike at this stage and the address if you have chosen home delivery. 

You will now need to confirm your billing address. Your billing address must match the address to which your credit/debit card is registered. 

We ask for a telephone number should we or your retail partner need to contact you (for example to tell you that your bike is ready for collection). We also ask for your email address to send your order and payment confirmation.

Tracking a Delivery

We do our very best to ensure that your purchases are delivered on time every time, however a delay may happen if our stock record is incorrect or in the unlikely event that our regular quality result in an item may be deemed unfit to send to you.

If you have not received your purchases within 30 days of the order date please contact us as soon as possible otherwise we cannot accept any responsibility for goods not received.

Non-Collection of Products

If you have ordered directly from us online and chosen the Collect in Store option we will notify you of the date that the goods will be ready in store for collection. We undertake to hold these goods for you for 30 days from the notified collection date. If after 30 days you have still not collected your goods then we are entitled to regard the contract for the goods as cancelled and we will have the right to dispose of the goods as we see fit.
